It's a Great Ride at Busch Gardens, Too

Look at the following ad:

What is the purpose of the allusion in this ad?

a. to demonstrate the portability of the camera
b. to show how you'll be able to take pictures of amazing things with this camera
c. to demonstrate the clarity and focus of the camera
d. to show how this camera will stand the test of time

In order to get this answer, you really need to understand both what an allusion is and what the allusion is of in this picture. 

First, an allusion is a reference to another story, poem, historical event, painting, etc.  In this case, the allusion is to a very famous picture of Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster.  Here is the picture:

The problem with this photo is obvious - it is out of focus.
